Here we were learning about the primary colours - red, blue and yellow.
We then looked at how these colours can be mixed to make secondary colours - orange, green and purple.
After that we looked at Complementary colours. These are contrasting colours. Put next to each other and they 'shout' at each other. They look vivid and make a dazzling contrast.
These are:
Yellow and purple
Orange and blue
Red and green
Lastly, we looked at harmonious colours. These are ones that go together well. Looking back at the wheel they are 3 or 4 colours which are adjacent (next to) each other. For example
yellow, yellow-orange, orange
or purple, mauve and blue.

Thinkers!
In this activity we had to ponder a picture. We had to think about the picture we were given that showed different ways we could be safe and unsafe around water. We worked in pairs to ponder and refect on the picture.
Team Players!
We have been working hard as Bellevue Larner Team Players.
We needed to work in groups to look at different ways we can shw respect to others, ourselves and property.
We had to listen, speak and write which was great practise for us as communicators!
